Description
The Sustainable Design Lab was set up to explore new methods of sustainable design and thinking in architecture and their implementation in reality and teaching. In the fall semester we want to analyze the 2020 Diploma “Chiasso Ponte Chiasso”: we will break down the results and discuss the successes and flaws. How can we integrate sustainable thinking in our design projects? Being aware of the social, economical and ecological consequences of our doing – trying to achieve the most positive impact with the least negative on the environment? We will contribute to make the results better understandable and accessible on the new Diploma website. We will not only learn how to integrate research and sustainable thinking in our projects but also how to present these complex contents in a convincing and integrated way.
