"Earth line, the port of Motril" Reuse is a much more ambitious approach than simple rehabilitation, understood in a conventional manner. It means to start a new lifecycle, whether for existing urban environments or architectures, paying attention to cultural, social and sustainable criteria. From this perspective, a singular context is proposed: the port of Motril-Granada. A “young” port connecting Africa and Europe, that is going through an important phase of growth and change. A Mediterranean place, characterized by a certain complexity, suitable to be investigated and inhabited in different ways from contemporaneity.
