Description
The spatial density of development and infrastructure and the implications of building in our age have prompted the gradual development of planning regulation of the territory with increasingly detailed and complex rules. The course seeks to make these rules known and understood, through theory and practical applications and with an eye to its history, logics and the major issues facing the discipline. This has to enable architects to act in full awareness to meet the challenges that arise when they are called on to intervene in the territory and modify its uses.
