Giulia Pellizzato completed her studies in Literature at Università degli Studi di Siena (Bachelor of Arts in Literature, 110/110 cum laude, 2009) and Università Ca' Foscari in Venice (Master of Arts in Philology and Italian Literature, 110/110 cum laude, 2012). Later she worked in Germany, dealing with research and cooperation projects (CSCP, Wuppertal).
At USI - Università della Svizzera italiana she collaborated as PhD and assistant for Istituto di studi italiani from 2013 to 2017. Presently she is completing her PhD in Italian Language, Literature and Culture (supervisor: Prof. Sara Garau), with a research centered on textual criticism, intertextuality and transnational relations, based on personal and editorial archives form the XX century.
Her research interests encompass Literatures of the 19th and 20th century, Italian Studies, Women Writers, Journalism, Transnational Cultural Relation, Science Communication (she presently collaborates with L'ideatorio).
