Alberto Franchini


Alberto Franchini (1989) holds a PhD in History of Architecture and Urbanism (Venice, 2019). He is an FNS researcher for the project "L'architettura nel cantone Ticino, 1945-1980", coordinated by Nicola Navone and promoted by the Archivio del Moderno. His research activity focuses mainly on the history of twentieth-century architecture. He has dealt with issues such as the detail and its role in the perception of the building, the pedagogy of architecture, participation and collective housing.
