Monika Maślikowska is a Doctoral Student at the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Institute of Marketing and Communication Management (IMCA) at USI.
She is committed to contributing to teaching, research and academic activities, which involve the coordination of the World Challenges Program WCP, including management of Tackling World Challenges (TWC) and ICE Intercultural Communication and Economics, and international cooperation with the partner universities (Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden, Hanken School of Economics in Finland, and EM Normandie in France).
Her research interests focus on the aspects of the working environments, organizational behavior, virtual management education, and sustainability and she is conducting her research with the support of the Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship for Foreign Scholars (ESKAS).
She holds a Master’s degree in Management (Specialization: Entrepreneurship, Innovations and Projects), Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Engineering in Architecture and Urban Planning, all from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology (Poland).
In the past few years, she had worked in the Human Resources departments of Amazon, and Ferrero in Luxembourg and studied at Trinity College Beenleigh, Australia; Università degli Studi di Palermo, Italy; Universidad Pontificia Comillas, Spain.
