Monika Maślikowska is a Doctoral Student at the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Institute of Marketing and Communication Management (IMCA) at USI, and the Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship for Foreign Scholars (ESKAS) holder.
Her research interests focus on team collaboration in fluid contexts (boundary-crossing collaboration for sustainable innovation, virtual management education, working spaces and cultural change). She published international journal articles (Academy of Management Learning&Education, Facilities), conference papers (AOM, EGOS, EURAM, incl. The Best Emerging Researcher Paper Award in 2020, and INGroup, incl. nomination for the Best Student Paper Award in 2022), and several book chapters (Routledge).
In recent years, she also developed and coordinated the World Challenges Programme at USI, including the Tackling World Challenges cross-university course and the International Communication and (Sustainable) Economics Bachelor specialization. Apart from USI, she’s been collaborating with several international universities, including INSEAD in France, Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden, Hanken School of Economics in Finland, and EM Normandie in France.
She holds a Master’s degree in Management, Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Engineering in Architecture and Urban Planning, all from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology (Poland).
In the past few years, she had worked in the Human Resources departments of Amazon, and Ferrero in Luxembourg and studied at Trinity College Beenleigh, Australia; Università degli Studi di Palermo, Italy; Universidad Pontificia Comillas, Spain.
