Simona Martinoli Stebler
Art historian, studied in Zurich and Vienna and gained a PhD from the Mendrisio Academy of Architecture. Curator of the Fondazione Marguerite Arp in Locarno since 2016, she was assistant to the director of the archive of the Institute for the History and Theory of Architecture at the ETH Zurich, curator at the Museo Villa dei Cedri in Bellinzona and from 2003 to 2016 has directed the Swiss Italian Office of the Society for the History of Art in Switzerland. She is the author of numerous publications devoted to art and architecture in the 19th and 20th centuries, including L’architettura nel Ticino del primo Novecento. Tradizione e modernità (2008).
