Mobile Uni-App (phase 2)

Goal of the project is to develop and deploy university apps based on the same standard as in phase 1 to leverage synergies and save development costs. We will extend the existing solution with modules that support more sophisticated features and adapted existing modules for the specific requirements of Swiss higher education institutes. These modules can be easily customized to the requirements of other Swiss higher education institutes and will be available for free as open source modules that include extensive documentation. The modules will use existing standards used by Swiss universities and thus be very easily applicable for other Swiss educational institutes. The following modules will be developed: eLearning (integration of the Moodle LMS), Library interface, AAI-Interface, personal timetable. The project outcomes and deliverables can be used by any Swiss educational institute.
