Under the project management of Prof. Daniel Süss and Gregor Waller, MSc of the School of Applied Psychology at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW), every two years over 1000 young people aged from 12 to 19, spread across all three of Switzerland’s major linguistic regions, are asked about how they use various media. The survey includes questions about nonmedial leisure activities and medial-related habits (e.g. mobile phone, Internet and video games). The project partners are the University of Geneva, the Università della Svizzera italiana and Swisscom AG.
At USI the project is conducted by a team of researchers of IMeG, the Institute of Media and Journalism: Eleonora Benecchi, Post-Doc, Gloria Dagnino and Paolo Bory, doctoral students.
