Leadership in Architecture

The design and construction process is becoming increasingly important. More and more experts and stakeholders are influencing the production process. The course illustrates the competences of the architects and the responsibilities and interests of all parties involved. By visiting different construction sites with the students, the participants will get to understand the real difficulties of the whole design and building process. Finally, course participants will come to appreciate the various tools and instruments that are available to them when implementing their projects.
