Objectives
Deliver a view on selected Private banking topics featuring the holistic offering (beyond investments), but also practices of the industry and key elements of the PB blueprint, by experienced practitioners.
Description / Program
The goal of the seminar is to reflect on the changing landscape of the wealth management industry examining the challenges, opportunities and innovative trends that characterize Swiss wealth management, on the backdrop of a rapidly changing financial services industry. The seminar high-lights aspects of a holistic, cross-disciplinary offering, the changing role of the relationship manager and the unique blend of competencies needed to upgrade the client experience, while also provides some insights as to digitalization and sustainability and their impact on the PB blueprint.
The format of the course based on seminars led by industry practitioners reveals also another goal aimed at closing the gap between the professional and the academic worlds. Case studies throughout the whole course support further this approach.
