Progetto BSc2-II: Housing

The atelier will focus on the theme of collective living. We will reflect on issues related to time, flexibility and adaptability. We will focus on the relationships between man and space, between community and space; exploring the hierarchies between private, semi-private and public space. We will study the character of the place in order to understand its origins and understand its current conditions and themes. Climatic aspects, such as flora and fauna, topography, historical and cultural traces will be fundamental elements of an individual and group research that will guide the students in the design process. We will start from the observation of the context, its understanding and documentation.
