Monika Maślikowska is a Doctoral Student at the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Institute of Marketing and Communication Management (IMCA) at USI, and the Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship for Foreign Scholars (ESKAS) holder.
She is committed to teaching, research, and academic activities, including Research and Coordination Consultancy at the World Challenges Programme (WCP). From 2017 to 2020, she developed and coordinated WCP, including the Tackling World Challenges cross-university course and the International Communication and Economics Bachelor specialization. Apart from USI, she’s been collaborating with several international universities, including Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden, Hanken School of Economics in Finland, and EM Normandie in France.
Her research interests focus on the aspects of organizational behavior, such as team dynamics in the fluid contexts: remote work and dynamic virtual team collaboration, management education and sustainability, working spaces and cultural change. She published international journal articles (Facilities), conference papers (she received "The Best Emerging Researcher Paper Award" at EURAM 2020 and presented a keynote speech at EAIE 2019), and several book chapters (Routledge).
She holds a Master’s degree in Management (Specialization: Entrepreneurship, Innovations and Projects), Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Engineering in Architecture and Urban Planning, all from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology (Poland).
In the past few years, she had worked in the Human Resources departments of Amazon, and Ferrero in Luxembourg and studied at Trinity College Beenleigh, Australia; Università degli Studi di Palermo, Italy; Universidad Pontificia Comillas, Spain.
