Biografia

Lakshmi's research interests encompass the methodological sophistication of research in management, with a predominant focus on qualitative methodology. Her work so far includes studies on rigor, transparency and impact of research methodology. She has won several awards and honors for the same (Academy of Management Best Paper Award, Global Innovation and Knowledge Academy Legate: representing Switzerland etc.). Her articles have been accepted for publication at journals (Journal of Business Research, Scientometrics, Academy of Management Proceedings, etc.) and international conferences (Academy of Management Annual Meeting, Strategic Management Society conference etc.). She has also written book chapters on qualitative research methods and strategic innovation (Strategic novelty: A definitive guide to outlier strategies, Financial Times Press).
