Research

I am currently dealing with general public international law and European Union law. In particular, I am focusing my attention on the study of the concept of 'sovereignty' and on the legal classification of the rights of indigenous peoples on natural resources. I am also researching and publishing on the European Union’s external action and respect for the principles of customary international law and the concept of climate unilateralism.
