Biography
Gianfranco is a lawyer and former lecturer in Data Protection Law at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI). He gained valuable experience in digital law and data protection compliance while working for a law firm in Milan and a consultancy firm in Lugano, where he assisted several private and public organisations.
He was also a research fellow at the Information Law Society Center (ISLC) of the University of Milan, where he published articles and contributed to books on digital law.
He is currently part of the CCdigitallaw team, where he provides training and advisory services to internal and external stakeholders on topics including data protection, copyright, and open science.
