Biography
Cristina Elia Ott is Head of USI Corporate Communication Service. Since 2022, she has been teaching a bachelor’s course in institutional communication, after having taught Introduction to Journalism between 2008 and 2012. Born in Lugano in 1978, she obtained a PhD in Journalism in 2007 and an Executive Master of Science in Communications Management in 2010.
