Abstract
This project has a triple aim. Its first goal is to provide an overview on the imaginary of the Chinese Internet at the beginning of the ‘90s basing the research on original sources. The second aim of the submitted project is to identify the constitutive choices of multilateral Internet governance and Internet sovereignty. The third goal is to provide a contribution on the de-westernization discussion in the field of Internet studies.
