COOPSUSSI - Interreg IVA Italia-Svizzera 2007-2013- Progetto COOPSUSSI

The Interreg IV cooperation (between Switzerland and Italy) provides a platform for sharing the experiences and know-how of the countries, regions, communities and individuals viewing the subsidiarity principle as a guiding idea. The approach is one of practical cooperation, since the project is designed not only to exchange "best practices", but also to deliver a real impact on cross-border areas through the new services created and the active involvement of political leaders and managers. Without this opportunity "Interreg IV" it would be very difficult to combine in a structured way, the efficiency and economy of the swiss PPP (Public-Private Partnership) with the italian experience of horizontal subsidiarity.
