Description

In spring 2024, the design studio will take part in the second edition of the biennial Lugano Dance Project festival, which proposes a study in depth devoted to architecture and public space.
The organizers have asked for the collaboration of the Blumer studio and the choreographer and performer Michele Di Stefano, the founder of the Rome-based group MK, notable for a series of shared and transversal projects.
With the choreographer, the studio will explore the interaction between bodies and things, with the construction of a “machine” capable of defining its own structure precisely by virtue of an interaction.
In the semester a field trip is planned to the group’s base in Rome and a viewing of some dance performances.
