Media Regulation and Copyright

One of the most important and developing areas of media management in recent years relates to media law and intellectual property rights (IPR), and the management of media laws and regulations at a national and international level. This module will introduce managers to key elements of media law and IPR examining key Swiss case-studies, international institutions as well as rules relating to copyright, patent protection and the acquisition and exploitation of intellectual property rights.
