Sustainability Lab

How to implement sustainability in the Accademia di architettura di Mendrisio? The participants of this course will become researchers to answer this question ? studying and analysing the everyday impacts their school has on the environment. We will study topics like mobility, economy, behaviour, consumption ? and model making. We will try to find out facts, evaluate them and propose new ways of doing things. By focusing on our direct sphere of influence we will learn how change can be implemented in the field of sustainable design. The course will alternate between lectures, practical application of tools and analysis of exercises.
