Description
They will participate in the simulation of a Program Committee of a conference in this research area, where they will play the role of reviewing PC members.
Objectives
PhD students taking the Software Research Seminar will review, present, discuss, and criticize papers published in Software Research venues (with a special focus on Software Engineering).

The experience will give them a chance to experiment, in a controlled environment, with the standards of research and with the basic practices of reviewing and paper selection in this research area.
Examination information
Students are required to present/review several software engineering research papers throughout the semester.
