Legal and Compliance Service
Description
The Legal Service assists the University’s management and the Faculties through counsel and legal representation in proceedings and litigations involving administrative, civil or criminal authorities, as well as in cases derived from contracts with third parties. In addition, it offers them legal advice and guidance on enquiries and issues of a juridical nature.
Requests
Requests to the Legal and Compliance Service must be submitted by completing the appropriate form, attached hereto. Once completed, the form and any related attachments must be uploaded, in a single file, to the "Servizio legale - Inoltro richieste" folder available on the USI server, folder "Progetti (T:)"..
