Teresa Cafaro completed her master in Political Sciences, International Law and Communication at the University of Zurich in 2009. In between she had the opportunity to collaborate as project assistant for the project 12 of the NCCR Democracy 21 at the University Zurich. This project aimed to analyse the strategies and processes of issue selection and construction during Swiss political campaigns. She accomplished her Master with a thesis about the process of opinion formation and dynamics of opinion change during political campaigns (original title: Effekte der Abstimmungskampagne zur Verschärfung des Asyl- und Ausländergesetzes im Zusammenhang mit der Fremdenfeindlichkeit in der Schweiz). After completing her studies she had the chance to gain work experience doing several internship for NGOs, for the Green Belt Movement in London and for Economiesuisse.
She is currently the administrative manager of ICH and the programme coordinator of the Master in Communication, Management and Health and of the Master in Cognitive Psychology in Health Communication.
