I am a first-year PhD student in Informatics at the USI, advised by Professor Piotr Didyk at the Perception, Display and Fabrication Group. I am working on the ERC Starting Grant supported PERDY project. I received my M.S. degree from KAIST, South Korea, and B.S. degree from NUST-SEECS, Pakistan.
I am interested in understanding human visual perception and incorporating perception models to improve immersive visual experience. My current work is focused on the perception of virtual reality environments, investigating the spatio-temporal characteristics of human peripheral vision to improve future VR technology.
