Margot Carcuro

Margot Carcuro is a Research Manager responsible for career funding schemes of the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF), for projects funded by the Swiss Confederation, and for PhD partnerships supported by swissuniversities.

Previously, she worked as a student assistant at the Institute of Public Health (IPH) at USI within the Mediaticino 2.0 project. She also represented USI as a student ambassador in the European network of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

Margot holds a postgraduate Diploma in Public Health, with a specialization in Biostatistics and Advanced Epidemiology, from University College Cork (Ireland). She completed a Master’s in Communication, Management and Health at USI, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Society at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Italy).
