Biography
Sofia Albrigo studied architecture at the Accademia di Architettura di Mendrisio graduating in 2016.
From 2016 to 2021 she worked in the office of Valerio Olgiati where she was mainly responsible for international projects. As a project manager, she has led the completion of two buildings, the Pearling Site UNESCO Site and Museum in Bahrain where she also supervised the construction site and the refurbishment of an apartment in the center of Paris for an undisclosed fashion designer.
Albrigo is currently a Lecturer at the first year course at the Accademia di Architettura di Mendrisio and recently established her own office. The main focus of her architecture lies in the creation of space, through which she investigates new ways of living.
