Biography
Alberto Ferrante is a lecturer and researcher at IDSIA (Istituto Dalle Molle di studi sull’intelligenza artificial), USI.
He obtained his PhD from Università degli Studi di Milano (Italy) in 2006 and his MSc from Politecnico di Milano (Italy) in 2002. His research interests are in communication security, security for embedded systems, and design of embedded systems; he has been involved in a number of technology transfer projects with local companies. He published a number of scientific papers and he was invited as TPC member in major conferences such as ICC, CCNC, and Globecom.
Alberto teaches the course " Cyber-Physical Software Engineering" of the USI Master in Software and Data Engineering.
