Vincenzo Galasso

Vincenzo Galasso è full professor of Economics at Bocconi University, Research Fellow del Center for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) di Londra, Research Fellow del CES-Ifo di Monaco e Research Fellow dell’IGIER. Prof. Galasso ha a BS in Economics from Bocconi University in 1991 and a PhD in Economics from University of California, Los Angeles in 1996. From 1996 to 2000, he has been Assistant Professor at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, from 2002 to 2011 Associate Professor at Bocconi University, from 2011 to 2013 full professor of Economics at Università della Svizzera Italiana. His research interests are in public economics and political economics. He has widely published in international scientific journals on pension systems, structural reforms, aging and welfare states. On these topics, he has authored several books and chapters in coauthored books.
