Ricerca

Paolo's main area of research is in Ancient Philosophy. In this field, he works mostly on Plato, with a focus on the so-called eleatic dialogues and, among these, on the Theaetetus, and especially its first part. Of this complex stretch of text, Paolo provides a reconstruction and novel interpretation in his doctoral dissertation.

Besides Plato's Metaphysics, Paolo has broader interests in Ancient Philosophy, and the historical development of Metaphysics and Logic, up to the contemporary debate of these topics, especially but not exclusively, in the analytic tradition.
