Biografia
PhD Student at EPFL (LTS4) and IDIAP, visiting researcher at USI.
Supervised by Prof. Lonneke van der Plas, Prof. Pascal Frossard and Prof. Raphaëlle Luisier.
I analyse and develop RNA Language Models by drawing parallels and distinctions between natural language and biological sequences, adapting existing methods and developing new ones tailored to RNA. I also work on applying RNA-LMs to pivotal issues in biology, such as structure and interaction prediction.
