Research Interest
I am an applied microeconomist specializing in labor economics, focusing on how sectoral shocks, such as automation and tourism, influence labor market dynamics and human capital in Italy and the United States. By examining both the short- and long-term impacts of these shocks, my research provides valuable insights into how local economies respond and adapt to significant structural changes.
My work has been featured in The Economist, LSE Business Review, and LaVoce.info.
