Biography

I am a board-certified radiologist with experience across a range of imaging modalities, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and PET/CT.

My foundational medical training was completed at the University of Perugia in Italy, followed by a residency in radiology at Humanitas University in Milan. I further honed my expertise through a research fellowship funded by the European Society of Oncologic Imaging at the Netherlands Cancer Institute (NKI) in Amsterdam, where I focused on soft tissue sarcomas and abdominal malignancies.

In 2021, I joined the Ente Ospedaliero Cantonale (EOC) as Medico Capoclinica in the Imaging Institute of Southern Switzerland (IIMSI). Currently, I am serving as Clinical Research Associate in the Quantitative Imaging Core Lab of the Radiology Department at Northwestern University in Chicago (USA).

My primary research interests include soft tissue sarcoma and melanoma, liver malignancies, interventional oncology and medical education.
