Biography

Anna Bullo has a Ph.D. in Communication Sciences and works for the Faculty of Biomedical Sciences at USI as a post-doc research assistant.

Her main research interest is in social norms and health prevention among children and adolescents.

From 2017 to 2021 she managed the AReS project, a longitudinal study investigating the development of risky behaviors among middle school students in Ticino. The project was carried out in cooperation with the cantonal School Division and part of collected data was analyzed in Anna Bullo’s doctoral thesis, a research on social norms and cyberbullying.

She collaborates in in the COMETA project (Medical Communication and Antibiotic Therapy), a research conducted by the Faculty of Biomedical Sciences (BioMed) at USI, and funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF).
