Ilkyaz Incoglu Damiani

İlkyaz İnçoğlu Damiani is a PhD student at the Università della Svizzera italiana, supervised by Professors Filippo Carlo Wezel and Stefan Arora-Jonsson. Her research, part of a Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) project, explores how professionalization drives organizational change in British political parties and influences their evolving identities.

İlkyaz earned her B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Sabancı University, with stay abroad in Germany at the Technical University of Munich. She also holds an M.Sc. in Supply Chain Management from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and an M.Phil. from Bocconi University. Prior to commencing her PhD, she gained professional experience in the automotive sector, working on projects in Japan, the United States, and Germany.
