Biografia
Olga is a post-doctoral researcher at the Institute of Management and Organization.
She studies entrepreneurial careers and personnel mobility more broadly. Her work lies at the intersection of entrepreneurship, strategic human capital, and economic sociology and aims to understand how individuals learn from employment experience, how they transition to and out of entrepreneurship, how organizations staff vacant positions, and how labor market intermediaries shape the relationship between individuals and organizations. It has been recognized by the AOM Careers Division with the Arnon Reichers 2020 Best Student Paper award and was a finalist for the SMS Strategic Human Capital 2020 Best Interdisciplinary Paper award.
Olga received her PhD in Management from HEC Paris.
