Theresa Langenmayr

Prior to joining USI as Assistant Professor of Management, Theresa Langenmayr was a Postdoc at the University of Zurich where she also completed her PhD. She has been a visiting scholar at Bayes Business School (UK) and the Said Business School, University of Oxford (UK). 

Her research focuses on open strategy, inter-organizational collaborations and diversity & inclusion, drawing on sensemaking and discourse theory approaches.

She has published in leading journals, including the Strategic Management Journal and Organization Theory. She is a member of the editorial review board of Strategic Organization.
