The poster presents the analysis of a charity association (an Italian Red Cross local office) as a community of practice, focusing on the specific linguistic and multimodal resources which are locally negotiated and shared by group members. Moreover, by collecting a corpus of semi-structured interviews (CRI-GAL), the preliminary research shows that social practices emerge in the specific sociolect of the the community.
