Biography
Anđa obtained a Master of Science in Educational Sciences, with a specialisation in Adult Education, from the University of Fribourg. Her academic programme focused on intercultural approaches to education, as well as on the development of competences and pedagogical and didactic support. Within her specialisation, she further explored issues related to the development of digital competences within the university community. Her academic background reflects a sustained interest in educational innovation and in the thoughtful integration of digital technologies in learning and continuing education contexts.
At eLab, Anđa works as an instructional designer and is responsible for the design, development and management of online master’s programmes, with particular attention to pedagogical quality and innovation in digital learning models. She is also involved in the design and implementation of e-learning activities and modules, adopting learner-centred approaches that foster active participation and meaningful learning. She contributes to the development of training programmes for physicians within the Faculty of Biomedical Sciences, in the context of the Medical Education Unit, and supports the management and further development of the ePortfolio platforms (Mahara and Checkpoint).
Her professional activity is also focused on promoting inclusive practices in educational design, inspired by the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL), in order to encourage accessibility and participation for all students. With this in mind, she integrates participatory and creative methodologies into learning contexts, also drawing on her certification as a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator to support processes of reflection, co-design and skills development.
