Biography
She graduated at Bocconi University (Milan, Italy), where she took a Ph.D. in Business Economics. She is Full Professor of Accounting and Financial Reporting, Consolidated Financial Statements and International Financial Reporting at LIUC - Cattaneo University, Castellanza and at Bocconi University.
At USI she teaches at Bachelor ("Contabilità 2") and - in past a.y. - at Master courses ("Accounting").
She is member of the European Accounting Association (EAA). She attended a
Research Training Programme at LSE - London School of Economics and an Exchange Programme at Fudan University, Shanghai.
Her fields of study and research are: financial reporting and analysis, accounting education, group accounting, auditing, international accounting, non financial and sustainability/ESG reporting, sport governance.
She is author and co-author of several publications and also reviewer of some scientific journals.
She is certified Chartered Accountant and Auditor. She is co-scientific director of "Bilancio e revisione", WKI.
