Micro-and Macro Foundations of Learning from Experience

In this project, we seek to enhance our understanding of how organizations learn from their own and others' experience, both on the inter- and intra-organizational level. To answer this question, we will use a combination of empirical methods and formal models. The main goal of this project is to improve our understanding of the microfoundations of learning form experience.
