Abstract
The goal of this proposal is to apply and develop Steiner Tree and related graph approaches for the functional analysis of high-dimensional and multi-type genomics data. In particular, we are interested in applying such an approach to cancer genomics data. The specific aims of this project are: I. To develop and improve computational approaches for the functional analysis of genomics data based on Steiner tree and related approaches. II. The application of such an approach to analyze cancer genomics data set from a system biology point of view.
