Description
This course examines the main rules and laws of international financial markets based: the course covers the issue of Eurobonds and retail financial instruments with a view to the relevant commercial and regulatory background and the risks and protections available to participants in these markets. The course will also examines the EU´s regulation of the capital markets, considering the harmonized regulatory regime which applies to capital market actors across the Member States and which supports the integrated market, including the retail investor protection and the prospectus and disclosure regime.
