Competitive Intelligence is the process of capturing and analyzing information about your competitors. In this course, we will focus on analyzing, understanding, and interpreting publicly available information (there are no magic tools/sources of information) about your competitors. This is course is NOT about using databases like COMPUSTAT, BLOOMBERG etc.
In this course, you will learn how to better understand your competitors (in particular their business model) and the market they you are operating in.
This is a very hands-on course: In each session, we will discuss case studies and do exercises. There are group assignments each week (except for the first session).
There will be no exams but only graded weekly group assignments. You will be able to chose your own group. Your assignment with the lowest grade will not count towards your overall grade.
