Description
Welcome to corporate finance – we are excited that you join us! This course covers managers' and
investors' most fundamental finance decision: how to value a project or an asset. Managers must
determine the value of building a factory, entering a new market, or purchasing an entire firm when
deciding in which projects to invest. Similarly, individuals must assess the value of financial securities
to decide how to invest their wealth. Corporate finance teaches methods for valuing projects or assets.

Your grade in the course will be based on the following weighted average score:
- 10% class participation, 20% problem sets, and 70% final exam.

- Master of Science in Communication and Economics in Corporate Communication, Lecture, 1st year (3 ECTS)
- Master of Science in Economics in Management, Lecture, Core course for "First degree in economics or management", 1st year
