Biography
Ilaria Falvo is a PhD student at the Institute of Communication and Public Policy within the Faculty of Communication, Society, and Culture, under the supervision of Professor Benedetto Lepori.
Her primary research focus at USI is the impact of digitalization, organizational identity, and organizational responses within the context of Higher Education. Specifically, her research involves an in-depth study of how Swiss universities have responded to the introduction of Generative AI. Ilaria is engaged in the SNF project "Diversity of higher education systems, differentiation processes and policy mixes."
She holds a bachelor's degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, obtained in July 2019, and a master's degree in Cognitive Psychology in September 2021. During her master's studies, starting in December 2020, she collaborated on various projects with the USI Institute of Public Health as a research assistant.
