Dora Weubel

Dora Weubel is a doctoral candidate at the Università della Svizzera italiana and works on the AWARE project. Together with research teams from LMU Munich and the University of Vienna, she is investigating how mental illness is portrayed on social media and what impact these portrayals have on young people. 

She previously completed a master's degree in Communication in the Digital Society at the University of Passau, where she worked on a project on the public acceptance of wind energy.

During her studies, she gained experience in marketing and social media at BMW (Toronto), PwC (Munich), and Koelnmesse (Chicago).
