In this course, you will learn how to better understand your competitors (in particular their business model) and the market they you are operating in.
Objectives
Competitive Intelligence is the process of capturing and analyzing information about your competitors. In this course, we will focus on analyzing, understanding, and interpreting publicly available information (there are no magic tools/sources of information) about your competitors. This is course is NOT about using databases like COMPUSTAT, BLOOMBERG etc.
