Description
This course presents state-of-the art concepts of finance theory and applies them to practical corporate financing issues.The course will start with a brief review of standard Modigliani-Miller theory. It will then move on to the concepts of agency costs, asymmetric information, and behavioral biases and illustrate how they affect long-term corporate financing.
